From abandoned industrial spaces to secret gardens, we transform these venues into temporary dining rooms where the magic happens.

What started as intimate pop-up dinners has transformed into a complete culinary universe. Today, Brigade creates experiences for businesses, brings our iconic red truck to events across the city, and continues to host the immersive dinners that started it all.
